WARRANTY
When you purchase a used engine or transmission part - online or at Legacy Auto Part's facilities - it is covered by Legacy Auto Part's 30-day warranty. If you need to return a part under warranty, please take it to the Legacy Auto Parts location.
Legacy Auto Part's Limited 30-Day Warranty
If a part fails during the warranty period shown on your receipt, return the part to the Legacy Auto Parts facility and you will receive a replacement or the same value for another part. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation or off-road, commercial or marine use. Warranties on replacement parts cover the portion of the original warranty for up to 30 days. Warranties expire when you sell your vehicle.
This limited warranty represents the total liability of Legacy Auto Parts, for any used part or product. Legacy Auto Parts makes no other warranties, express or implied. Legacy Auto Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
All other Legacy Auto Parts used parts, except those mentioned above, are not covered by our Limited Warranty. The length of Legacy Auto Part's Limited Warranty is specifically for used engine and transmission parts sold.
RETURN POLICY
No returns or exchanges for used parts, other than engines or transmissions under the Legacy Auto Parts Limited 30-Day Warranty are accepted.
To return a used engine or transmission to Legacy Auto Parts under the 30-Day Limited Warranty, bring the item back in its original condition, with receipt, within 30 days of the purchase date to request an exchange. Return a defective item within the warranty period. Requests for exchanges may be denied if the item has been misused or installed improperly.
If you are returning an item(s) and you no longer have the receipt(s), contact Legacy Auto Parts Customer Support at (301) 377-3232 to request the transaction information for your order. The customer service representative will also explain the process for returning your item(s) to the Legacy Auto Parts facility.
LEGACY AUTO PARTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REGARDLESS OF RECEIPT.
PAYMENT
Legacy Auto Parts accepts payment via cash and major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Electronic payments via Zelle are accepted. Checks are not accepted.
